Building on the success of achieving the internationally recognised ISO 9001 standard for quality management for its Wickes Home Delivery operations and OHSAS 18001 registration across all of its sites, the Lloyd Fraser Group has now extended ISO 9001 registration to both its Focus contract and the remainder of its business with Wickes, specifically operation of the intermediate warehouses.

Lloyd Fraser Invests In Manor Bakeries Fleet
The Lloyd Fraser Group has recently taken delivery of 38 MAN TGS 26.440 6x2 tractor units as part of an ongoing fleet upgrade. Supplied by MAN and setting new standards in design and aerodynamics, the new trucks will operate on behalf of Manor Bakeries through Lloyd Fraser’s Rugby site.

Lloyd Fraser Charity Football Tournament Returns
August saw the return of the annual Lloyd Fraser Charity 5-a-side Football Tournament, held at Etone Sports Centre, Warwickshire. The weather held out to give all the teams a dry occasion to show off their soccer skills and the 3 hour tournament saw 7 teams battle it out against each other, raising £275 for the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance in the process.

Lloyd Fraser Reports Pleasing 2007 Results
Lloyd Fraser’s latest results are extremely pleasing. In the year to August 31, 2007 turnover remained stable in excess of £81m. Profit levels also remained healthy with the Company reporting profit before tax of £1.7m.
